A Platform for investment and enjoyment
Building of Inasmet Technological Centre located at the Miramón Technology Park in San Sebastian.

Gipuzkoa holds a higher than average position with respect to Spanish investment in R+D and has outstanding technological potential compared to the rest of Spain. Behind these statistics lies an industrial framework which promotes research and is backed by the Basque institutions. These solid foundations permit the carrying out of advanced research, the results of which are put into practice by Guipuzcoan industries.

Similarly, the Technological Centres, complying with the Basque Plan of Science, Technology and Innovation, are carrying out the essential task of transferring technology to small and medium-sized companies which, precisely because of their size, are unable to make large investments in technological developments.
