The exhibition is accompanied by a catalogue that is much more than a simple list of the exhibits and their corresponding explanations. It also contains a series of texts that offer a deeper insight into the museum’s central theme.   While some of these texts are direct testimonies, such as official documents,  the majority are personal reminiscences of a literary nature. These subjective views of the value of human life enrich the Museum’s exhibition, since the authors were themselves part of the period in question.
