Glove puppets, rod puppets, string puppets. For adults, for children, for everybody. Another year, and this makes 24, puppets will pour into the town of Tolosa. Titirijai will have the participation of companies coming from twelve different countries and ten different Autonomous Communities.
Besides the opportunity of witnessing an avalanche of shows, this festival will gather puppeteers from all around the world –its international association, UNIMA, will hold its World Council in Tolosa– and will also let us know more about puppets’ history through an exhibition on Spanish and Portuguese puppets starting from the 18 th century.
